Proposal Coordinator at Bohler

Join our team as a Proposal Coordinator! We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Overview: You will manage proposals, RFQs, and RFPs across various markets, supporting our business development efforts by working closely with technical teams, marketing, and leadership to create compelling submissions in the AEC industry.

Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates within Bohler’s geographic footprint.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and interview coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce proposal graphics, layouts, and content that adhere to brand standards.
• Coordinate communication across teams, including staff, subconsultants, and leadership.
• Create and manage proposal materials and content libraries for efficiency.
• Organize and facilitate kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and proposal reviews.
• Maintain an organized proposal calendar, tracking milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in proposal development, preferably within the AEC industry.
• Proven success in developing winning proposals and qualification packages.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required), Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM or proposal tools like Deltek Vision is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially under tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and high design sensibility.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and facilitate meetings.
