Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support business development efforts in the transportation sector. The role involves managing proposal submissions, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA degree and at least two years of relevant experience in the AEC industry.

In the Proposal Coordinator position, you will support a variety of business development assignments, ranging from strategic proposals to qualification statements and letters of interest. All members of our Sales Operations team are expected to be self-starters who: possess excellent oral and written communication skills; develop creative solutions to tackle challenges; are team players ready to support each other; and have a vested interest in Jacobs’ success.
Our transportation pursuits focus on solutions and services ranging from transportation planning, design, engineering and construction management to land development, environmental permitting and complex collaborative delivery models.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
