Job summary

Weaver’s content team seeks a Content Manager to develop compelling content that demonstrates Weaver’s knowledge and service capabilities. You will plan, draft, edit, and research content for blogs, collateral, social media, and emails, while leading the content team toward timely, quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, technical writing or related discipline.
• 8+ years of writing or marketing communications experience.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to create and edit content for different needs.
• Impeccable proofreading and editing ability.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct reports on the marketing content team to produce high-quality content on schedule.
• Develop and oversee a content governance framework and editorial calendar across channels.
• Plan, draft, edit blogs, marketing collateral, social media, email, and website content.
• Guide stakeholders and provide candid feedback to improve first drafts and final outputs.
• Ensure content supports SEO/AEO/GEO principles and keyword research.
