Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support marketing efforts by planning, coordinating and producing proposals, qualifications and related materials.

You will maintain project data in our CRM, coordinate bid activities, develop proposal content and manage document control to improve efficiency and win rates while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred, not required.
• At least two years proven administrative experience.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suite; database management.
• Basic clerical skills to include data entry, report preparation, file maintenance, scheduling, and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunity and project lifecycle in CRM.
• Prepare proposals and qualification packages.
• Assist in Go / No Go process.
• Execute & develop internal database of projects.
• Create & update resumes.
• Run weekly estimate log reports.
• Assist with project closeout.
• Drive customer surveys.
