Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is looking for a Career Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training across operations, sales, and customer service. You will help build Avenue5's curriculum, create learning experiences, and assess outcomes for associates across geographies.

Travel 50-75% will be required as you collaborate with managers, vendors, and field teams to implement programs and ensure learning aligns with business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to five years of experience in property management preferred.
• Two to five years of experience in a training role required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of learning management systems required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop measurable learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with associates to identify training and performance needs.
• Drive the development and delivery of increased e-learning capability.
• Create exercises, instructional activities, and training assessments.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and regulations in training and property management.
• Facilitate training programs, coordinate logistics, and update materials as needed.
• Develop participant and facilitator training materials and supporting documents.
• Provide coaching and follow-up to managers to improve performance.
• Manage supplemental programs and publish a training calendar.
• Assist integration teams for new contracts and properties with training.
• Collaborate with vendors to enhance training programs and materials.
