Job summary

Selene Finance LP seeks a detail-oriented Title Specialist II in Jacksonville to review and validate property-related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. You will examine insurance policies, HOA records, and supporting collateral information while maintaining high accuracy across a large property portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in title, mortgage servicing, insurance, real estate, or related fields is beneficial.
• Familiarity with HOA documentation, property records, or public records research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance policies to verify accuracy of property information and coverage.
• Validate property data and ensure policies are documented correctly.
• Review HOA documentation, CC&Rs, and other records to determine requirements.
• Research and obtain missing documentation from internal and public sources.
• Analyze documents to identify discrepancies and risks requiring resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of research findings and documentation.
• Support quality control and ensure compliance with standards.
