Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Property Management Technology Change - Senior Associate to lead technology initiatives across the full lifecycle, including budgeting, training, change management, and ongoing program management.

You will coordinate activities and stakeholders through planning, development, testing, and rollout. You will oversee change controls ensuring technology changes to buildings align with established processes, while collaborating with CAO, User Experience, and vendors

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Strong program management and organizational skills, including ability to create integrated project plans managing to deadlines and financial targets

Responsibilities

• Oversee Change Management process including coordination, tracking, and reporting
• Lead in enhancing the change management process with new technologies
• Manage technology projects to support onsite property management and engineering teams
• Plan and prioritize multiple large programs with predefined objectives
• Translate strategies into program/project plans with scope, milestones, and timelines
