Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Property Manager in the Denver area to lead a team responsible for single-family rental homes and resident experiences. You will drive market operations, oversee rent collection, move-ins, evictions, and service standards while partnering with central support to deliver a superior resident experience.

You will report to the Regional Operations Director and collaborate with central teams to optimize processes, profitability, and service quality in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or 5+ years of progressive property management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Real Estate license required (within 90 days of hire).
• Real Estate license and Property Manager Permit required in the state of Nevada.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead property management staff across move-in, cash collection, and customer relations.
• Drive customer service excellence and maintain high tenant satisfaction in all resident interactions.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Pricing, Retention, Operations, Service, and Construction teams to improve P&L performance.
• Ensure occupancy checks, move-in/out operations, and lease administration are executed smoothly.
