Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes tax payments; balances cash drawers and prepares deposits.
• Responds to inquiries from property owners, developers, title companies, investors, and other debtors; explains tax laws.
• Researches address changes; coordinates with Assessor’s Office on delinquent notices and notices to correct addresses.
• Processes correspondence and prepares redemptions of Tax Lien Certificates; assists with research for Tax Lien Sale.
• Audits Tax Lien and mobile home files; maintains documentation and related records.
