Job summary

Bear Real Estate Group in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Property Management Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize our business systems across departments.

You will manage AppFolio, RealPage, Jonas Premier, and Cortex integrations; develop Power BI dashboards; automate workflows with Smartsheet; and lead data, reporting, and AI initiatives to improve ROI.

A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in property management software are required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years experience with property management software systems.
• Proficiency in AppFolio, RealPage, Jonas platforms a plus.
• Experience with treasury management software (Cash Sheet preferred).
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, AIM, or similar).
• Familiarity with automation tools like Smartsheet.
• Understanding of AI implementation in business environments.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Software Management: Provide comprehensive support for AppFolio, RealPage, Jonas Premier software systems; Oversee Treasury management software operations; Assist with The Mortgage Office loan servicing software; Execute bi-weekly Jonas Premier updates; Identify underused features and train for ROI.
• System Integration & Automation: Implement Cortex integration with Jonas Premier; Manage cross-platform data synchronization; Lead software integration projects for Bear Homes; Develop Smartsheet automation workflows for REO management.
• Data & Reporting: Deploy Power BI or AIM solutions for unified reporting across platforms; Create financial dashboards; Support data analytics initiatives; Lead AI rollout initiatives.
• Documentation & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system issues and document processes; Maintain system protocols.
