Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident and team interaction.
• Ability to read budgets and financial statements and support reporting.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on leadership tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and preparation for property management opportunities and transition support.
• Act as Leasing Consultant or Property Manager as needed, including tours and applications.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Regional Managers and departments to align objectives.
