RADCO Investments, L.L.C. seeks a Property Manager for Andover Crabtree to lead the on-site team and drive property performance. You will manage budgets, marketing, and resident relations while ensuring curb appeal and service excellence from the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family industry.
• Strong marketing skills to develop property plans and oversee external marketing.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, team, vendors and owners.
• Ability to de-escalate and respond to customer service concerns.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills; able to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Train and motivate the office and maintenance team through coaching and feedback.
• Assist in budget preparation and manage expenses to meet goals.
• Oversee office operations, policies, curb appeal, and community cleanliness.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to align activities with property goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by timely response to issues.
• Ensure property financial performance and KPI targets are met.
• Lead capture forms or methods for leasing inquiries.
• Engage with owners, provide property performance updates, and respond to Regional Managers.
• Manage vendor relationships, packets, schedules, and billing.
