RADCO is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team, drive occupancy, revenue, and a superior resident experience. Collaborate with the Property Manager and maintenance to ensure smooth turnover, accurate documentation, and strong relations.

You will supervise leasing operations, implement marketing strategies, and monitor performance while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company standards.

Qualifications

• Four years prior experience in property or leasing management or similar industry.
• Basic understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws and Fair Housing/ADA regulations.
• Ability to manage rents, delinquencies, and move-in processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the leasing team with training and performance oversight.
• Oversee tours, applications, lease approvals and move-ins.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy.
• Monitor leasing traffic, closing ratios and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
