Great Western Lodging in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a dependable Property Services Technician to inspect units, document issues, perform small repairs, and maintain inventory. You will collaborate with other departments to keep properties safe, functional, and guest-ready.

This role requires organization, clear communication, and follow-through to support our reliable, guest-focused experiences. Join a locally managed team that values its people and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in hospitality or short-term rental is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and repairs.
• Maintain units to Great Western standards and help facilitate larger repairs if necessary.
• Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments and coworkers.
• Warehouse organization and tracking- laundry and unit inventory.
• Remain available and responsive across all platforms throughout the workday (Teams, Breezeway, Track)
