Job summary

Gorman & Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems at our Breckenridge, CO property. You will respond to routine and emergency requests, conduct regular property walks, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs with the Property Manager.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management maintenance, strong customer service, a valid driver’s license, and EPA HVAC Type II or Universal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Availability for on-call emergency rotation.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance requirements.
• HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests as assigned.
• Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
• Maintain schedule for make-readies and move-ins, ensure readiness prior to move-in.
• Coordinate all move-ins and move-outs with the Property Manager.
• Tackle seasonal prep such as snow removal or fall cleanup.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
