• Cleaning and maintaining high areas like vents, lights, signs, and fixtures
• Cleaning offices, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas
• Maintaining the parking lot and outdoor areas
• Clearing snow and ice from entrances
• Maintaining garden appearance
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning rugs, carpets, and upholstery
• Washing windows and sills
• Empting wastebaskets and replenishing supplies
• Keeping storage areas organized
• Assisting guests with inquiries
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; or related experience and basic computer skills
• Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English
