Job summary

Center Park Group in Charlotte is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help oversee residential communities in the Charlotte area. You will assist with day-to-day site management, scheduling, QA, safety, and coordination with subs under the supervision of the Project Superintendent.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree in construction science or related field preferred.
Driver’s license required.
1-2 years in residential construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily management of job sites and daily operations.
Assist Project Superintendent with job schedules and oversee municipal inspections.
Monitor subcontractor performance to verify timely execution and adherence to scope of work.
Perform internal inspections as part of Center Park Group’s Quality Assurance Process.
Maintain a safe working environment on every job site compliant with state and federal requirements.
Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets.
