Job summary

Si Holdco in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an entry-level Assistant Property Counselor (APC) to develop foundational sales skills for a career in investment real estate sales. You will learn our systems and processes, handle inbound/outbound calls, and help schedule qualified appointments with the Property Counselor team.

The role focuses on developing talk tracks, client communication, and appointment-setting skills to advance to Junior Property Counselor and eventually Property Counselor

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Phone confidence and people-first attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Comfort in high-volume outbound calling environments.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Real Estate License or willingness to obtain licensing during position.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound calls and leads.
• Conduct outbound calls to leads and realtor referral lists.
• Qualify prospects using provided talk tracks and scripts.
• Set and shadow sales appointments with the Property Counselor team.
• Update lead statuses and notes in HubSpot CRM.
• Achieve and shadow 10+ qualified appointments.
