Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Comfort in high-volume outbound calling environments.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite products (365, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound calls and leads via CallRail
• Conduct outbound calls to leads and realtor referral lists
• Set zoom appointments for Property Counselors
• Update lead statuses and notes in HubSpot CRM
• Qualify prospects using provided talk tracks and scripts
