Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Product Manager for the Property Intelligence platform in New York. You will connect customer needs, product insights, and measurable outcomes to drive adoption and engagement across customers, sales, and internal teams.

You will leverage analytics, feedback, and agentic workflows to support effective product management and decision making in a fast-paced insurance tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in agile product development and iterative delivery.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable requirements and insights.
• Strong analytics with product metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPI reporting, or product analytics is preferred.
• Ability to work with APIs, SaaS applications, and data structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in ambiguity.
• Experience in insurance, property tech, claims, risk intelligence, AI, or agentic workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use cases, businesses, and markets.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and analytics for product adoption and performance.
• Facilitate feedback loops to quantify impact of platform initiatives.
• Help sales and stakeholders understand capabilities, value, and direction.
