Qualifications

• Experience in agile product development and iterative delivery.
• Experience gathering customer feedback and turning into requirements.
• Strong analytics with KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Experience creating dashboards and product analytics.
• Ability to work with APIs, SaaS, and data structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in insurance, property tech, claims, risk intelligence, AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with customers to gain a deep understanding of use cases and market landscape.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and analytics to evaluate adoption, engagement, and performance.
• Facilitate feedback loops to quantify and report on platform impact.
• Enable sales, internal stakeholders, and customers to understand capabilities and direction.
• Gather information from internal and external sources to drive viable product decisions.
• Build and maintain a suite of agentic workflows to support the PM team.
