About the Role

You will work across customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to strengthen product adoption and engagement while using analytics, feedback, and agentic workflows to support effective product management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery practices.
• Experience gathering customer feedback and translating customer requests into actionable requirements and product insights.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting, or product analytics is preferred.
• Ability to work with technical concepts including APIs, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working with insurance, property technology, claims, risk intelligence, AI, or agentic workflows is a plus.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for CO: $95,300 - $158,800.

Base Pay Range for IL: $100,100 - $166,800.

Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL: $104,800 - $174,700.

Base Pay Range for MD: $100,100 - $166,800.

Base Pay Range for NY: $104,800 - $174,700.

Base Pay Range for New York City: $114,300 - $190,500.

Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY: $95,300 - $158,800.

Base Pay Range for OH: $90,500 - $150,900.

Base Pay Range for NJ: $112,574- $179,826.
