Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery practices.
• Experience translating customer requests into actionable requirements and insights.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Experience creating or maintaining dashboards and product analytics is preferred.
• Ability to work with APIs, SaaS, system integrations, and data structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguity.
• Experience working with insurance, property technology, claims, risk intelligence, or agentic workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with internal and external customers to gain a deep understanding of their use cases, businesses, and competitive landscapes.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and analytics used to evaluate product adoption, customer engagement, operational performance, and progress against strategic goals.
• Facilitate feedback loops to quantify and report on the impact of platform initiatives.
• Enable sales, internal stakeholders, and customers to understand the capabilities, value, and direction of the Property Intelligence platform.
• Gather a wide range of information from internal and external sources to drive commercially viable decisions for the product and organization.
• Build and maintain a suite of agentic workflows to support the wider product management team.
