Job summary

You will gather diverse inputs to support commercially viable decisions for the product and organization, building a robust suite of workflows for the broader product management team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery practices.
• Experience gathering customer feedback and translating requests into requirements and insights.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting, or product analytics is preferred.
• Ability to work with technical concepts including APIs, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use cases, business needs, and landscapes.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and analytics to evaluate adoption and performance.
• Facilitate feedback loops to quantify impact of platform initiatives.
• Help sales and stakeholders understand capabilities, value, and direction of the Property Intelligence platform.
• Gather information from internal and external sources to drive commercially viable decisions.
