Job summary

Relx Plc, based in New York, is seeking a Product Manager to help shape the Property Intelligence platform by aligning customer needs, product insights, and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with customers, sales, and internal teams to drive adoption and engagement using analytics and agentic workflows to support effective product management.

You will collect information from internal and external sources to inform commercially viable decisions, and you will build dashboards and KPI

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery practices.
• Experience gathering customer feedback and translating customer requests into actionable requirements and product insights.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting, or product analytics is preferred.
• Ability to work with technical concepts including APIs, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working with insurance, property technology, claims, risk intelligence, AI, or agentic workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with internal and external customers to gain a deep understanding of their use cases, businesses, and competitive landscapes.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and analytics used to evaluate product adoption, customer engagement, operational performance, and progress against strategic goals.
• Facilitate feedback loops to quantify and report on the impact of platform initiatives.
• Enable sales, internal stakeholders, and customers to understand the capabilities, value, and direction of the Property Intelligence platform.
• Gather a wide range of information from internal and external sources to drive commercially viable decisions for the product and organization.
• Build and maintain a suite of agentic workflows to support the wider product management team.
