• Oversee all rehab and turn processes, coordinating with contractors and documenting progress.
• Meet with residents for move-out and orientation, documenting conditions and responsibilities.
• Communicate delays to Leasing Team and manage schedules to minimize move-in interruptions.
• Ensure job site safety during visits and inspections.
• Negotiate repair terms with vendors and general contractors.
• Possibly conduct occupancy checks and coordinate evictions with local authorities.
