Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Property Clerk in Hoffman Estates, IL. The role coordinates property and insurance projects for ARC centers and maintains critical property data and store rosters.

Responsibilities include tracking property projects, posting to TSAMM, assessing insurance claims, and supporting lease renewals and the Master Property List. Some after-hours or weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Coordinate property and insurance projects for ARC Central Territory.
• Maintain Store Roster and Master Property List up to date.
• Assist with lease renewals and FinQuery property data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track property projects and property acquisitions for assigned centers.
• Evaluate and forward information to the Director of Real Estate Development for ARCC Finance Board agenda.
• Create or edit and post property projects to TSAMM for Territorial Property Council meetings.
• Assess property insurance claims and monitor correspondence with insurance carriers and claimants.
• Help maintain the Store Roster and Master Property List.
• Proactively manage FinQuery and coordinate lease renewals or amendments.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Real Estate Development.
