Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking an experienced Real Estate Coordinator to handle property records, deeds, title policies, and tax documents involved in sales, purchases, or leases. You will manage closing timelines, due diligence periods, and liaise with title companies to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals and transactions.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent and 2+ years of post-secondary education in business, legal or real estate related coursework.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in property management or related real estate field.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License; Paralegal Certificate preferred; Licensed Title Agent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews deeds, title policies and tax records for real estate transactions.
• Manages timelines for closing transactions and due diligence periods.
• Prepares and maintains project spreadsheets and processes payment requests and invoices.
• Acts as liaison with outside title companies and other departments to gather complete info for property proposals and sales.
• Performs property inspections and maintains department records.
