Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Property Clerk in Hoffman Estates to manage and track property projects for the Central Territory. You will coordinate property acquisitions, maintain the Store Roster and Master Property List, and support lease-related activities with ARC Centers.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree (or equivalent), 1+ years in project management, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business, PM or related field.
• 1+ year experience in project/properties management or related role.
• Experience collaborating with project managers on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track property projects and property acquisitions for centers.
• Coordinate insurance claims and liaise with HQ and carriers.
• Maintain Store Roster and Master Property List.
• Support lease renewals and amendments with Center administration.
• Other duties as assigned by Real Estate Development Director.
