Job summary

Suncoast Property Management is seeking a property management support professional in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on day-to-day owner support, rent collection, lease administration, and coordination with construction and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well managed and compliant.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with PropertyWare and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• Customer service oriented with professional communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to property owners by answering questions related to owner statements, ledgers, late fees, tenant violations, payment plans, etc.
• Confer regularly with owners regarding properties and performance.
• Oversee rent collection, evictions, lease renewals, move-in/out processes, and update records accordingly.
• Coordinate with HOA and construction/maintenance teams to ensure compliance and timely work orders.
• Maintain property records per company policies and generate reports as needed.
