Job summary

Reliant is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio including affordable and market housing. The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, budgeting oversight, and resident relations across multiple properties within the Redlands region.

The position involves supervising on-site staff, coordinating with management, and traveling within the assigned region to conduct audits and quality control inspections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred with coursework in property management or business administration.
• Equivalent of five (5) plus years' experience in property management or housing environment; supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff by planning, prioritizing, assigning and reviewing work.
• Audit files for compliance with regulatory agreements and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with property management and fair housing laws.
• Prepare delinquent rent notices and track late charges; handle lease violations and legal files.
• Regularly walk properties to verify health, safety, and curb appeal standards.
• Assist in monthly invoices and utility requisitions processing.
• Respond to public inquiries and resolve sensitive complaints professionally.
