Job summary

Cascade Management is seeking a Portfolio Manager Admin Assistant based in Bend, Oregon. This role requires exceptional administrative support to the Senior Portfolio Manager. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, a solid understanding of customer engagement, and will manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and at least three years of relevant experience. Candidates with property management experience are preferred. A compensation range of $18.00-$27.00 per hour is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working as an Administrative Assistant or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in Property Management is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Portfolio Manager.
• Communicate effectively with prospective residents and current tenants.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure accurate documentation.
