Qualifications

• 3 years administrative experience preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in Property Management is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sr. Portfolio Manager.
• Establish trust and rapport with prospective residents.
• Ensure timely responses to communications and manage documentation.
