Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws including Fair Housing and Tenant laws.

• Establishes a communication system between onsite staff and Central Office to monitor property operations.
• Oversees hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluations of SCMs/CMs.
• Reviews property dashboards, rent schedules, and budget performance with the team; ensures compliance with policies.
