Qualifications

• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and analyze financial reports
• Manage delinquency, rent collection, evictions, and move-outs
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies

• Lead, coach, and evaluate Property Managers, Leasing Professionals, and Maintenance team members to drive accountability and performance.
• Develop strategies to improve occupancy, resident retention, rent growth, collections, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets, analyze financial reports, control expenses, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Manage delinquency, rent collection, eviction processes, lease administration, move-outs, security deposit reconciliations, and unit turns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, landlord-tenant regulations, and local housing laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for five residential communities totaling 200+ units, ensuring properties are well maintained and aligned with company standards.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Property Managers, Leasing Professionals, and Maintenance team members to drive accountability and performance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 to $160,000 per year.
• Job Type: Direct Hire.
• Location: Fresno, County.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
