The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 4–6 years in property management, strong communication, and a focus on resident satisfaction. Onsite leadership and coordination with owners are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; 4–6 years in property management.
• Experience managing apartment communities, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property and team.
• Develop and monitor budgets and review financial reports.
• Oversee rent collection, invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Enforce lease terms, screenings, renewals, and notices.
• Lead leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure maintenance standards and safety compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; liaise with owners.
