Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to tenant inquiries.
• Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Review insurance certificates and verify they are current.
• Upload and process invoices through the appropriate portal.
• Coordinate orders with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
