Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Connecticut is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations. You’ll help with move-outs, renewals, rent collection, and reporting, while coordinating marketing and occupancy strategies with a team.

The role requires strong communication, a solid high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with leasing or property management is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
