Job summary

Elite Property Renovations is seeking a Property Coordinator to support a residential portfolio. You will act as a liaison between residents, vendors, and the management team to improve satisfaction and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers onboarding of new properties, leasing operations, and guidance to service teams, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent standards across the portfolio. A driver’s license and field mobility are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in property management, social services, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in residential property or customer service-focused roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with professionalism in resident interactions.
• Familiarity with local housing regulations and fair housing laws is a plus.
• Self-directed and dependable with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in the field and traveling between sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents regarding maintenance issues and inquiries.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
• Facilitate access for vendors and coordinate field work orders.
• Support move-ins/outs, including inspections and charges.
• Assist onboarding of new properties and ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Support leasing processes and residency communications with staff and VAs.
• Oversee maintenance tasks and provide guidance to maintenance staff.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis.
• Model and uphold company values and professional standards.
