Lundy Management Group LLC, a division of Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham, seeks a Property Management Coordinator in Cary, NC to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our managed properties. You will be the first point of contact for tenants and owners, manage inspections, schedules, and work orders, and support onboarding of new clients with a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach.

• Experience with property management software or admin support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first contact for owners and tenants; coordinate maintenance with in-house staff or vendors.
• Contract for vendor services and maintain vendor relationships.
• Create and track work orders for property management and coordinate deadlines.
• Answer calls and emails promptly; escalate requests as needed.
• Support the Property Management Team with onboarding and portfolio transitions.
