Job summary

Founders Property Management seeks a Service Manager to lead the service and hospitality teams, overseeing maintenance, unit turnover, and safety across the Phoenix, AZ community. You will coordinate vendors, inspect work, and ensure high resident satisfaction while maintaining standards for grounds, facilities, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further trade or technical training a plus.
• HVAC certification required; maintenance/repair skills across multiple systems expected.

Responsibilities

• Directs vendors for grounds maintenance and repairs to ensure timely completion.
• Leads service and housekeeping teams to maintain buildings and common areas.
• Oversees unit turnovers, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Ensures quality and resident satisfaction through inspections and communication.
