Job summary

Founders Property Management in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service and hospitality teams and oversee property maintenance, turnover, and safety. You will direct vendors, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure quality of work and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Directs vendors in grounds maintenance and overall upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Leads service and housekeeping teams to complete resident work orders and prepare units for rent.
• Ensures safety, quality, and resident satisfaction through supervision and process adherence.
• Maintains records for preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Oversees on-site operations and coordination with other departments as needed.
