Trinity Property Consultants in Midland, Texas, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and financial performance of a multifamily property. You will partner with the Property Manager to ensure an exceptional resident experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) are preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Receive, process, and post rent payments in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain all account records and financial transactions.
• Keep complete and accurate resident files meeting company standards.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Conduct move-in inspections and move-out inspections; assist with deposit accounting.
• Perform regular property and vacant unit inspections and coordinate with Maintenance and vendors.
• Provide industry-leading living experience through superior customer service to residents.
• Resolve resident concerns professionally and escalate as appropriate.
