Job summary

The Tipton Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead a multi-family community with a strong focus on service, leasing and maintenance coordination.

You will establish rapport with residents, negotiate leases, supervise leasing staff, and prepare reports while meeting deadlines and driving occupancy goals. A TEAM APPROACH is expected; pre-employment screening, including drug testing and background checks, is performed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet deadlines set by management/regional managers.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Property Manager in Fort Worth, TX who has both the sales and leadership skills required for success.

Manage a multi-family apartment community while providing excellent customer service.

The Job

Our Property Managers are responsible for:

• Establishing rapport with residents and providing personalized service
• Negotiating and enforcing leases
• Meeting all deadlines set forth by the management company/regional managers
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
• Maintaining property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs
• Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; and showing units
• Managing leasing agents and proving clear, concise instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals

The Details

Our Property Managers should meet the following criteria:

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
• Have a minimum of two years of experience as a Property Manager
• Have working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite
