Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Community Manager for HMHSS OMC Phase III - Navy 2. You will assist the Community Director in property operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and lead on-site teams to maintain safety and appearance.

You will supervise leasing specialists and service staff, manage rent collection, delinquencies, and reporting, and help with lease renewals and move-ins/out. A strong background in property management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2 years leasing experience required.
• 1-3 years managing others required.
• DL number – valid driver's license.
• ARM and/or CPO preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collect rent and maintain rent roll.
• Process evictions and lease renewals; manage move-ins/outs.
• Prepare monthly/weekly/daily financial and leasing reports; conduct audits.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely reconditioning of units after move-out.
• Assist with site-level leadership and resident relations.
