Job summary

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and strong communication with tenants, vendors, and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Sets rent rates, ensures timely collection, and prepares monthly financial reports.
• Approves vendor invoices and ensures insurance certificates and proper coding.
• Oversees lease activity, notices, renewals, and inspections.
• Assesses market trends and implements marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and supervises maintenance and staff.
• Manages owner relationship and prepares performance updates.
• Completes accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
