Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in Minneapolis. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws, while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills, with experience in managing on-site staff and vendor relationships. A degree in business or real estate is preferred, and a robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Control expenditures and manage petty cash within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including applications, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance management.
