Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in site operations management.
• Must be certified in Tax Credits or Certified Occupancy Specialist; Blended Occupancy Specialist preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Blended Management systems by collaborating with different departments.
• Develop and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and revenue.
• Ensure property remains fully occupied and vacancies are filled promptly.
• Ensure rents are collected on time and bank deposits reported daily in Skyline.
• Work with Compliance Manager to keep tenant files compliant with governing documents.
• Submit delinquent tenants for eviction after delinquency notices.
• Manage property staff such as the Janitor and Community Builder, including hiring and training.
