Job summary

JSK Hospitality LLC seeks a Property Operations Manager to oversee the performance of assigned hotel properties in Indiana and beyond. This role combines hands-on operations, financial management, maintenance coordination, and staff leadership to deliver guest experiences at the highest JSK standards.

You will monitor occupancy and expenses, develop budgets, supervise on-site teams, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations across properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in hospitality or multi-family preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Onesite preferred), budgeting, financial reporting, and collections.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies, brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, etc.), and all regulations.

• Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and control operational expenses.

• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold quality, safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and coach on-site staff.
