Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and team.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting; analyze statements.
• Manage lease processes, screenings, renewals, and notices.
• Maintain property standards, oversee maintenance and safety.
• Represent client/owner and communicate performance updates.
